Essiac tea saved my life in 2002.  I then began a quest to learn as much as I could about Essiac tea and to grow the herbs for it.  Through the years I have been providing high-quality Essiac tea herbs to cancer patients and others who simply want to improve and maintain their health.

However, I found there was a lot of conflicting information about Essiac tea on the internet so I started a website to document the truth about Essiac.  More and more people wanted Essiac tea from me so I became busier and busier.  I finally realized that I couldn’t do it all alone so I started the Essiac Circle of Friends, which I had hoped would be a different kind of business model where farmers, retailers and all the people involved would work together for the same purpose.  The emphasis was on cooperation rather than competition.  

Since its inception my information began to change the face of the Essiac phenomenon.  More people and companies began selling the correct, documented four-herb Essiac tea formula.  Unfortunately, most companies did not go the distance and include sheep sorrel roots in the tea, which Rene Caisse deemed “very essential” to the Essiac tea formula.

Therefore, I have created several videos with the help of the Circle to help dispel the myths and expose the truth about Essiac tea.  The videos below also feature music that I composed in honor of Rene Caisse and what she accomplished in “helping suffering humanity”:  “Ode to Rene Caisse” & “Essiac Serenade“. 

More recently, the quality of sheep sorrel plummeted because American farmers stopped growing it due to it being too labor-intensive to grow.  Consequently, herb companies are now buying useless sheep sorrel from Bulgaria and Croatia that is not even green and is essentially dead plant material.  Rene Caisse had discovered sheep sorrel is the key herb in Essiac tea that attacks cancer cells so this is bad news for cancer patients.

However, I continue to grow very high-quality Essiac tea herbs with help from the Essiac Circle.  My main focus is growing high-quality, certified organic sheep sorrel.
